Future Pathways Coordinator
The Future Pathways Coordinator plays a vital role in empowering ākonga, to make informed decisions about their post-school journey. This multifaceted role integrates comprehensive careers guidance with the administration of vocational programs. Working collaboratively with department heads and staff, this role ensures that career advice is an integral part of the school curriculum, while also managing the school's Gateway and STAR programs. The Coordinator will provide comprehensive advice on diverse career pathways, including tertiary education, vocational trades, apprenticeships, and the workforce, while also supporting students in developing critical skills for their future.
The successful applicant will understand and be respectful of, our Special Character and enjoy working in a dynamic, vibrant and girl-centric environment.
This is a permanent, part time position of 20 hours per week. Remuneration for this position be in accordance with the Support Staff in Schools Collective Agreement.
