We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Property Officer to help keep our school running smoothly and safely. This is a practical, people-focused role where every day is different, and your work has a real impact on our students, staff, and wider school community.The Property Officer plays a key part in maintaining our buildings and grounds to a high standard, ensuring compliance with Board of Trustees, Board of Proprietors, Ministry of Education, and legal requirements. You’ll handle a variety of tasks including repairs, preventative maintenance, and supporting school events and operations.

This position requires someone who is proactive, solution-focused, and committed to delivering quality outcomes on time. You’ll be trusted to manage your own tasks, use your initiative, and take real pride in your work.

Training will be provided, and you’ll be supported by a great team who values the role you play. The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with exact hours negotiable and to be arranged with the successful candidate.
